LED Display Manufacturers in Shenzhen, China: Factory Tour
JDX TECH is one of the LED display manufacturers that builds rental, outdoor, indoor and transparent displays in its own Shenzhen factory, Guangdong. We supply integrators, rental companies, media operators and project contractors in more than 100 countries. There is no trading company in the middle.
A factory, not a reseller
Search "LED display manufacturers" and most of what comes back is trading companies with a website. The difference does not show up in the quotation. It shows up six months later, when a module fails, a shipment is stuck in customs, or you need one more cabinet before a show.
We own the production line
Engineering, assembly, aging and packing all happen in our own Shenzhen facility. Nobody re-quotes your project behind us.
You talk to the people who build it
Pitch, cabinet type, driver scheme and rigging method get checked against how the screen will actually be used, before production starts.
QC photos come from our floor
The aging report, cabinet photos and video we send before shipping are shot in our workshop, not forwarded from someone else.
Four Product Families Our LED Display Manufacturers Build
Four product families cover most B2B projects. Numbers below are the ranges we build to, not marketing estimates.
Rental LED Display
Tour grade cabinets for concerts, festivals and corporate events. P2.6–P4.8, 7–12 kg per cabinet, ≥3840 Hz refresh so the screen stays clean on camera. Quick-lock assembly, 65 mm slim depth for packing density, road cases and spare modules planned with the order.
Outdoor LED Display and DOOH
Billboards and facade screens for advertising networks. P4–P10, 10,000 nits, IP65 rated against rain and dust, cabinet flatness held to ±1.5 mm, 90° right-angle splicing, and screen sizes from 1 m² to 1,000 m².
Indoor and Fine Pitch
Fixed-install video walls for control rooms, broadcast studios, boardrooms and retail. IP31, sub-2 mm pitch options, certifications CCC, CE, RoHS, FCC, CB, TUV and IEC on record.
Transparent and Creative LED
See-through screens for glass facades, retail windows and curtain walls, from 45% to 90% light transmittance, P3.9–P7.8. We also build flexible and custom-shaped displays for stages, exhibitions and architectural media.
From your specs to the loading dock
Five steps. The numbers are the ones we work to on standard orders.
Project review
You send size, pitch, brightness, install method and deadline. We flag anything that will cause trouble later.
Itemized quote
Line by line pricing with no hidden costs, DDP or FOB options, plus a free 3D rendering of the installation.
Production
Ready to ship in as little as 15 days after order and specification confirmation. Confirm availability and the production schedule for your configuration and quantity.
Aging and inspection
48+ hours aging, 72-hour aging test on the production run, 100% pixel inspection, then photos and video before packing.
Ship and support
DDP, DAP or FOB with export documents and customs handled, door to door in 100+ countries. Installation guidance included.
What gets checked before the screen ships
A screen that fails on site costs you the client, the crew time and the freight. These checks exist to move that risk back to our side of the ocean.
Components
Supplier qualification, LED lamp consistency across the batch, IC matching, power supply selection and cable safety are reviewed before mass production starts.
Assembly
Modules, cabinets, receiving cards, power systems, waterproof structure and mechanical fit are inspected during production, not only at the end.
Aging and calibration
48+ hours aging, brightness consistency checks, grayscale review and screen configuration. The goal is that the screen looks the same on site as it did on the test bench.
Before packing
100% pixel inspection and a documented aging report. You get the photos and video before the goods leave, so there are no surprises at the port.

We screen our own suppliers too
Before a component supplier gets onto our list, they pass nine checks: management ability, staff competence, accounting cost, product quality, production process, environmental compliance, financial stability, supply capacity and credit record. Cheap components are the most expensive thing you can put in a rental fleet.
We supply rental companies. We do not rent locally.
If you searched for "LED screen rental" because you need a screen in your city next weekend, we are not the right supplier, and saying otherwise would waste your time. Find a rental house near the venue.
If you are the rental house, we are. JDX builds and sells the cabinets that go into rental inventory: tour grade panels, flight case packaging, spare modules, receiving cards and power supplies. Fleets are quoted as fleets.
The same applies to our other product lines. Our customers are integrators, media operators, project contractors and distributors, and our pricing, packing and documentation are built around project and wholesale quantities. We do not compete with our own customers on local installation work.
What to Send for an Accurate Quote
Vague enquiries get vague prices. Send these eight items and the quotation will be usable.
- Screen size – or the wall dimensions you have to fill.
- Indoor or outdoor – and the typical viewing distance.
- How it is installed – flown, ground supported, wall mounted or built into a structure.
- Quantity – one screen or a fleet for rental inventory.
- Destination – city and port, so we can quote DDP properly.
- Deadline – the date it has to be on site, not the date you would like it.
- If rental – how often it travels and who handles the crew.
- Existing setup – control system or processor you already use, if any.
How to Vet LED Display Manufacturers Before You Commit
Buyers often ask how to tell a real LED display manufacturer from a trader before money changes hands. Four checks settle it quickly, and none of them requires a factory visit.
Ask for a live video call
A manufacturer can walk a camera past the SMT line, the aging racks and the packing area the same day. A trader will deflect, offer a photo pack, or say the partner factory does not allow filming.
Request the aging report
A real line documents every production run. If the report arrives with the serial numbers and dates missing, it was not produced for your project.
Ask who signs off the QC
At a manufacturer, the answer is a named engineer on staff. At a trader, the answer is vague, because the QC happens at a factory the trader does not control.
Ask about a failed module in month six
A manufacturer plans spare modules into the original quotation and can ship a compatible replacement. A trader has to reopen the file with the factory and hope the batch is still running.
Run these four checks and the field narrows fast. The companies that pass are the LED display manufacturers worth putting in a tender.
Export, Packing and Documentation for International Projects
Most of our orders cross a border, so export work is part of the manufacturing job, not an afterthought. Screens ship in road cases or flight cases sized to the cabinet, with modules braced for freight movement. Each shipment carries the export documents, and we handle customs declarations under DDP so the goods arrive at your door rather than at a port you then have to clear yourself.
For project contractors working to a tender, we provide the certifications on record — CCC, CE, RoHS, FCC, CB, TUV and IEC — and confirm which apply to a specific model at quotation stage. Documentation and packing are sized around project and wholesale quantities, because that is who we build for.
FAQ: Questions Buyers Ask Before Placing an Order
Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
A manufacturer. JDX Tech Co., Ltd is based in Shenzhen, Guangdong, and we run our own production line for assembly, aging and inspection. If you want to verify it, ask for a factory video call before you pay a deposit.
Do you sell to end users?
Not as a rule. Our business is B2B, and the bulk of what leaves the factory goes to integrators, rental companies, media network operators, contractors and distributors. If you need a single screen for private use, tell us what you have in mind and we will say straight away whether it is a fit.
Can you build a custom size or pixel pitch?
Yes. Screen dimensions, pixel pitch, brightness, cabinet shape and installation structure are all made to order. Custom work is normal for us, not an exception.
What is the minimum order quantity?
It depends on the model and how the order is shipped. MOQ is stated per item in the quotation, so there is no guessing before you ask.
How long does production take?
Eligible orders can be ready to ship in as little as 15 days after order and specification confirmation. Actual timing depends on configuration, quantity and the production schedule. Shipping transit time is separate and depends on destination, route and customs.
What shipping terms do you work on?
DDP, DAP and FOB. We handle export documentation, customs declarations and door-to-door freight. If you have your own forwarder, that works too.
What certifications do your displays carry?
CCC, CE, RoHS, FCC, CB, TUV and IEC are on record for our display ranges. If your project needs a specific certificate for customs or tender documents, tell us at quotation stage and we will confirm what applies to that model.
What happens if a module fails after installation?
Spare parts are planned at quotation stage, so you hold compatible modules before a failure happens. Warranty terms are set per product line and written into the quotation. Technical support continues for the life of the screen.
Can we see QC results before shipping?
Yes. You receive cabinet photos, screen video and the aging test report before the goods leave Shenzhen.
