A National Stage Delivered with LED Display Precision
When a national celebration takes the field, there is no second take. Together with our rental partner, JDX TECH engineered and supplied a complete 985 m² outdoor LED stage screen system for Tajikistan’s Independence Day — built to look flawless on camera from the first ceremony to the final fireworks.
A ceremony that had to look perfect — on every camera
This national celebration was produced and staged by an experienced local rental team. JDX TECH took part as the screen engineering partner — configuring the display, supplying the rental hardware and supporting the crew remotely from our Shenzhen factory, from first power-on to the final fireworks.
How JDX TECH took part
Screen configuration
We engineered the 985 m² display across four color-coded zones — main wall, side wings, transparent petals and lower arcs — around the flower-shaped stage design.
Hardware supply
Star Series P3.91 outdoor rental cabinets, transparent LED modules, video processing for live camera and playback sources, and matching spares.
Factory-side support
Technical support throughout the project: screen connection planning, video processor signal routing and power distribution design — discussed on site with the customer, with real-time online support from our engineers.
Rigging, staging and show operation were led by our rental partner on site — a division of roles that lets each side do what it does best, and the same collaboration model we bring to festivals, concerts and national events.
Zero-failure expectations, real-world constraints
A national ceremony is the toughest possible test for a rental stage system. Every requirement below had to be met at once — not traded off against each other.
Zero-failure stability
The screens simply could not fail during the event. From rehearsal to the closing performance, every panel had to run flawlessly — a single dead module or signal drop was not an option. Compatible spare modules stayed on site, and front-service access meant any module could be swapped quickly if anything failed.
Dignitaries and a live broadcast
Senior national leaders attended, and the ceremony went out live — there was no tolerance for error and no second take. High-refresh performance kept every wall flicker-free and banding-free on broadcast footage, frame after frame.
A night-time show
The celebration ran after dark. Against a night sky, the screens had to hold rich, saturated color without glare or wash-out — keeping national emblems, flag graphics and text crisp under stadium and broadcast lighting.
One canvas, four different screens
The flower-shaped stage mixed outdoor rental cabinets and transparent LED modules in a single visual surface. Brightness, color temperature and panel seams had to match across all 985 m² — so cameras and the crowd see one screen, not four.
Designed around the stage, not on a spreadsheet
The main wall was paired with extended side surfaces to build a distinctive flower-shaped arrangement that frames the performance area. Cabinets, structure and sightlines were engineered together so the screen reads as a single surface from the audience, from broadcast cameras and from every viewing angle.
- Distinctive flower-shaped layout with extended side surfaces
- Sightlines planned for both audience and camera positions
- Quick-lock rental cabinets with front and rear service access
- Structural attachment matching the stage architecture

Screen Layout Breakdown — What Each Color Is
The flower-shaped layout combines four screen products. Colors in the drawing above match the table below.
| Zone | Product | Pixel pitch | Panel / cabinet | Quantity | Screen area |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Main screen (center) | Star Series outdoor rental | P3.91 | 500 × 1000 mm | 480 pcs (60 × 8 pcs) | 240 m² |
| Side wings (deep red) | Star Series outdoor rental | P3.91 | 500 × 500 mm | 478 pcs (239 × 2 sides) | 119.5 m² |
| Outer petals (magenta) | Outdoor transparent LED screen | P3.91–7.81 | 1000*500mm | 740 pcs (370 × 2 sides) | 370 m² |
| Lower arcs (blue) | Star Series rental LED display | P3.91 | 500 × 1000 mm | 510 pcs (255 × 2 sides) | 255 m² |
| Complete stage | 4 screen products | — | — | 2,208 pcs | 984.5 m² |
Three controllers, one continuous surface
The signal architecture split the 985 m² flower across three processors: one H9 video wall splicer carried the main screen and part of the petal zones, while two VX16S controllers drove the secondary screens. Live camera feeds and playback sources were connected through this chain and verified together before show time.
H9 video wall splicer
Main screen + part of the petal zones. HDMI 2.0 4K and 3G-SDI inputs, 60 LED output ports.
2 × VX16S controllers
32 LED output ports in total, carrying the secondary screens in the petal zones.
Camera & playback inputs
Live camera and playback sources connected through the H9 splicer — HDMI 2.0 4K and 3G-SDI inputs.
Spares & service
Same-series spare modules, power supplies and receiving cards kept on site for the run of the show.
Built in phases, ready before the first rehearsal
Quick-lock rental cabinets and front/rear service access kept the on-site build moving. The work ran as three focused phases, each one closing with a verified checkpoint before the next began.
- 01
Rigging & Wall Build
The flower-shaped wall assembled from quick-lock rental cabinets on the customer’s support structure, checked panel by panel against the layout drawing.
- 02
Wiring & Commissioning
Power and signal cabling brought online across the full surface, with camera and playback sources verified through the H9 and VX16S chain.
- 03
Aging Test & Sign-off
A full-system aging test ran before the show to confirm stable operation — every cabinet, power supply and signal path checked, so the wall was show-ready before the first rehearsal.

Daylight to fireworks, flawless on camera
The LED stage screen carried daytime ceremonies, national flag sequences, live camera feeds and the evening concert without a single visible break — bright and legible in open sun, clean and flicker-free under broadcast lighting after dark.
