View SpecsHow to Choose the Right LED Display Products
Choosing among LED display products comes down to three questions: how close the viewer sits, whether the screen is indoors or outdoors, and whether it needs to move. Viewing distance sets the pixel pitch, the environment sets the brightness and the IP rating, and mobility decides whether you need a rental cabinet or a fixed one.
The working rule for pitch is one millimetre of pitch per metre of viewing distance. A control room viewed from two metres needs a sub-2 mm pitch, while a stadium screen viewed from twenty metres works well at P6 or coarser. Over-specifying pitch is the single most common way buyers pay for resolution no one can see.

What Drives the Price of LED Display Products
Price tracks pixel density first. Halving the pitch roughly quadruples the number of LED lamps, driver chips and power components per square metre, and the cost rises with them. That is why a fine pitch indoor wall costs several times a coarser outdoor screen of the same size.
Brightness and IP rating come next. A sealed, high-brightness outdoor cabinet costs more than an indoor one because of the waterproof structure and higher-grade components. Driver IC quality and cabinet materials set the rest: a road-ready rental cabinet with quick locks and slim depth is a different product from a fixed-install cabinet, even at the same pitch.
The parts that decide total cost over the life of the screen are often the ones left out of the quote: spare modules, receiving cards, power supplies and control system. For a rental fleet these are not optional, so we plan them into the order from the start. Send your specs for an itemized quote.
Common Mistakes and How to Evaluate a Supplier
The most expensive mistake is buying on price per square metre alone. A cheaper screen that fails on camera, leaks in the rain, or cannot be serviced fast enough costs far more than the unit saving. The three checks below separate a manufacturer from a trading company.
- 1.Ask for the aging report from a recent order. A real production line documents every run. If the report arrives without serial numbers and dates, it was not made for your screen.
- 2.Ask what spare parts travel with the order. A manufacturer plans compatible modules and receiving cards up front; a trader rarely offers them at all.
- 3.Ask for a live view of the production floor. A factory can walk a camera past the SMT line and aging racks the same day. A trader deflects.
FAQ: Questions About LED Display Products
Which LED display products suit outdoor advertising?
Outdoor billboards at P4–P10 with 5,000–10,000 nits and an IP65 seal are the standard choice. The exact pitch depends on the viewing distance from the road or pavement.
Should I rent or buy LED display products?
Rent for one-off events; buy when the same screen works across many dates a year. Rental companies buy fleets; promoters usually rent.
What pixel pitch do I need?
Match pitch to the closest viewing distance: about one millimetre of pitch per metre. Closer viewers need a finer pitch, which raises the price.
Can you build custom sizes and pixel pitches?
Yes. Screen dimensions, pitch, brightness, cabinet shape and installation structure are all made to order. Custom work is normal, not an exception.
What certifications do your products carry?
CCC, CE, RoHS, FCC, CB, TUV and IEC are on record across our ranges. Tell us at quotation stage if your tender needs a specific certificate.
