Star Series Rental LED Display for Stage & Event Projects
Plan a Star Series rental LED display for concerts, keynote stages and event rental fleets. Share your screen dimensions, viewing distance, venue conditions and camera workflow to confirm the right cabinet configuration and project scope.

Main-stage backdrops, launch events, keynote screens, ceremonies and premium rental productions where the rental LED display carries visible audience impact.
Plan the rental LED display around your stage and crew
A rental company buying equipment needs to consider image quality, transport, assembly and repair together. Confirm the selected Star configuration against your production workflow rather than choosing from a screen-area price alone.
Premium stage appearance
A stronger fit for productions where the rental LED display must look intentional, polished and visually integrated into the main stage composition.
Frequent event deployment
Suitable for event contractors who repeatedly move between venues and need a rental LED display system (see the LED display basics) that stays practical for fast on-site workflow.
Keynote and ceremony visuals
Useful for launch events, executive stages and formal ceremonies where clarity and presentation quality matter as much as scale.
Assembly and maintenance planning
Check cabinet weight, locking method, service direction and the crew needed for your rental LED display. Request a demonstration with the proposed mounting arrangement before setting a build-time target.
Three cabinet formats, one lock system
Star II does not ship as a single box. It ships as a 500 × 500, a 500 × 1000, and a 45° mitred corner unit — and all three carry the same lock geometry. That is the difference between a screen you can only build to plan, and one a crew can close out on site when the container arrives two cabinets short.

The 45° unit is the one that saves a build. It carries the same locks on a mitred edge, so a two-sided corner closes without a visible seam and without a filler panel — the thing clients photograph from outside the venue. Order it alongside the flat cabinets rather than as an afterthought: lead time runs on the same production batch.
Star Series specifications, all five pixel pitches
One cabinet, five LED options. Everything below is measured on the shipped product, not on a sample — the pitch you pick changes the density, the resolution and the viewing distance, and nothing else.

Power input AC90–264 V / 47–63 Hz. Working and storage temperature −20–60 °C at 10–85% RH. Specifications may be updated as the product iterates — confirm against the datasheet issued with your order.
What the numbers actually mean on site
A spec sheet is a list of measurements. These are the six that change how a build goes.
Thin enough to truck vertically and stack four high in a flight case without the case becoming a two-person lift.
One person handles the 500×500 up a ladder. The 500×1000 is a two-person lift — plan the crew call accordingly, not the other way round.
No scan banding on a 50/60 Hz camera. If your client shoots at 120 fps or broadcasts, ask us about the high-frame-rate configuration before ordering.
Daylight-readable outdoors, and dimmable to a few hundred nits for a night show or an indoor venue without losing grey scale.
Front and rear sealed, so a sudden downpour during load-in does not become an insurance conversation. Not a substitute for a rain cover in a storm.
Curve decided on site, not ordered from the factory. The same cabinet does a flat wall on Friday and a 10° wrap on Saturday.
Applications to discuss for your Star configuration
The rental LED display may carry presentation slides, live camera feeds or show graphics. Define its role and closest audience position before comparing configurations.
Product launches and keynote stages
A strong fit for launch events and keynote productions where the rental LED display serves as the visual center of the stage and needs a more premium presentation feel.
Concerts, ceremonies and audience-facing shows
Suitable for live productions where the rental LED display needs brightness, continuity and strong visual presence from the main stage outward.
Premium activations and branded event rentals
Useful for agencies and event teams that need a temporary LED system with a more refined presentation style across repeated branded deployments.
What event buyers should confirm before requesting a rental LED display quotation
Star Series projects usually move faster when the buyer already knows how prominent the screen should be on stage, what content style it needs to support and how the crew will handle the system on site.
Stage format and screen prominence
Clarify whether the screen is the main visual hero, a backdrop, or a supporting screen so the recommendation matches the actual show role.
Content style and visual expectation
Keynote slides, launch visuals, live camera feeds and branded motion graphics can require different presentation priorities and screen planning choices.
Crew handling and event turnaround
If the system is used across repeated schedules, that should shape how the project is quoted for faster crew handling, maintenance access and deployment readiness.
Show media and cueing workflow
A clearer quote usually includes processor expectations, cueing workflow, source inputs and whether the screen supports keynote media, show graphics or IMAG.
What buyers usually confirm before a Star Series quote
Star Series stage-event projects move faster when the buyer defines presentation role, on-site handling method and live production expectations before final quotation.
Presentation style and venue tone
Keynote launches, ceremonies, concerts and premium event stages often need different visual emphasis, brightness planning and screen positioning. Use the concert LED screen selection guide to match pixel pitch to viewing distance.
Rigging and visible stage integration
Specify hanging or ground support, wall height and venue constraints. Confirm approved mounting accessories and total load, including cables and support hardware. The venue structural or rigging specialist must approve the installation and any outdoor wind plan.
Transport, handling and spare parts
Confirm cabinet and packed weight, flight-case dimensions, truck access, service direction, spare modules and replacement procedures. Build time depends on wall size, structure and crew; agree it against a practical demonstration.
Show media and cueing workflow
List media inputs, processor, content resolution, camera frame rate and shutter settings. IMAG means live camera images shown to the audience. Confirm system compatibility and test the proposed screen at the intended brightness; refresh rate alone does not guarantee clean camera footage.
Confirm the configuration before ordering
Ask for a model-specific specification sheet and an itemised equipment list. These are selection checkpoints, not a statement that every Star version has the same specification.
Image and environment
Confirm pixel pitch, cabinet resolution, brightness range, refresh settings, power demand and operating conditions for the selected version. For outdoor use, request the protection rating for each exposed face and the connector arrangement; an IP rating is not a wind-load approval.
Delivery and acceptance
Agree included cabinets, processor, cables, support accessories, flight cases and spares. Confirm installation responsibility, shipping scope, lead time and written warranty terms. Before shipment, request agreed image tests, mapping checks and documentation for the quoted system.
Buying equipment or hiring a local service?
This page supports equipment purchasing by rental companies, production teams and venues. If you need short-term local hire with an operator or rigging crew, specify the city and service scope so availability can be confirmed separately.
Star series rental LED screen is quoted by screen area. This existing reference is not a complete installed-system quote. Confirm current pricing, currency, validity and whether processors, rigging, cases, spares, freight, taxes and installation are included. Configuration and order quantity affect the quotation. Send your stage size and viewing distance and we will return an itemised quotation. Discuss the proposed configuration and inspection scope through our LED display manufacturing and quality-control information.
