Retail & Commercial Spaces

Explore a distinctive LED sphere display format for an entrance, lobby or promotional area. Keep walkways clear and select the diameter around viewing distance and available space.

Choose Your Scale

Find the right size for your space.

Every LED sphere display starts with a diameter decision. Three options give you a starting point — plan for the complete installed footprint, supporting structure and maintenance access.

Shared Baseline Scale Sliced into 12 equal lunes, then laid flat
1 m LED sphere display cut into 12 lunes of 30° — 262 mm per lune at the equator

1 m/ 3.28 ft

3.14 m² surface · 12 lunes · 262 mm per lune at the equator
Compact
1.5 m LED sphere display cut into 12 lunes of 30° — 393 mm per lune at the equator

1.5 m/ 4.92 ft

7.07 m² surface · 12 lunes · 393 mm per lune at the equator
Centerpiece
2 m LED sphere display cut into 12 lunes of 30° — 524 mm per lune at the equator

2 m/ 6.56 ft

12.57 m² surface · 12 lunes · 524 mm per lune at the equator
Large presence
Each drawing cuts the sphere into 12 equal lunes of 30°, then unrolls them flat — widest at the equator and closing to a point at each pole. Unfolded height is πD/2 (pole to pole), total width is πD; the sphere surface area is 4πR² — identical to πD². On-screen content is still produced on a 2:1 canvas.
Note — the 12 × 30° division is a product illustration only. It does not represent LED module dimensions or the actual cabinet joint layout.

01 / Compact Footprint

Start here when floor space and transport access are limited.

02 / Visual Centerpiece

Compare this option for a stronger focal point within a moderate footprint.

03 / Larger Presence

Consider a larger display where space, access and the supporting structure allow it.

Illustrative diameter comparison only. The sphere diameter is not the complete installed footprint.

Pixel Pitch

P1.8 or P2.5?

P1.8 -- Prioritize finer detail

A smaller pixel pitch is a useful starting point for closer viewing or finer detail, especially on a 1 m or 1.5 m LED sphere display. Compare it using your actual graphics, text size and viewing distance.

P2.5 -- Compare detail with budget

Evaluate P2.5 for larger graphics and more distant viewing. Request a comparison at the same diameter, including hardware cost and content requirements.

Model Comparison

Geometry, actual pixel layout, brightness and content mapping also affect the final image on any LED sphere display. Confirm model combinations before selection.

Content That Fits

Design for the sphere. Tell a bigger story.

Globe imagery, motion graphics and bold visuals work well on an LED sphere display.

Small text and flat layouts need careful planning because the visible surface changes as the viewer moves.

Confirm the selected model's pixel map, input canvas and playback workflow before producing final media. Test logos and key visuals around the top, bottom and content boundary.

Existing video may need adaptation. Live input, scheduled playback and interactive control depend on the controller and agreed scope.

From Concept to Site

Plan the installation before the order.

01 / Location & Access

Will it fit the site?

Share the location, ceiling height, door and lift dimensions, and site access route so the LED sphere display can be checked against the real space. Confirm whether the selected model ships assembled or in sections.

02 / Support & Safety

How will it be supported?

Discuss a floor-supported or suspended concept. Feasibility depends on the model, total installed weight and site structure. Suspension requires suitable rigging and structural approval.

03 / Power & Service

How will it be maintained?

Confirm power, cable routing, heat management and access to replace modules or electronics. Agree on the maintenance procedure and spare-parts list before handover.

A Clear Project Scope

Know what your quotation includes.

Request a quotation for the LED sphere display identifying the LED configuration, controller or player, supporting structure, cables, spares, packaging and shipping. Confirm whether content production, installation, local work, import duties and ongoing support are included or quoted separately.

Before You Buy

Your questions, answered.

What is an LED sphere screen?

An LED sphere screen is a spherical display made from LED modules arranged around a curved structure. Also called a spherical LED display or LED ball screen, it uses LED pixels on the surface rather than a projector shining onto a globe.

Can I use my existing videos?

Some content can be adapted, but rectangular video is not automatically ready for every sphere. Confirm the input canvas and mapping workflow, then test your content on the selected model.

Can the screen be used outdoors?

Suitability depends on the specified model's protection, brightness, thermal design and supporting structure. Share the intended environment so these requirements can be confirmed before purchase.

Can the display be suspended?

Suspension must be confirmed for the selected model and supporting structure. Provide the proposed height and site drawings for a review of feasibility and rigging requirements.

What affects the price?

Diameter, pixel pitch, controller, structure, content scope, spare parts, packaging and delivery affect the cost. Use the same brief when comparing quotations so the included scope is clear.
