An LED DJ booth is a performance desk with a video-capable LED display on its audience-facing surface. This curved model covers the front with a full DJ booth LED screen while keeping a tabletop for your working setup.
The same LED DJ booth format doubles as an LED reception desk display: use it to present company branding, welcome videos or event messaging where people arrive.
The DJ booth LED screen front is a programmable visual surface. Coordinate tabletop dimensions, equipment placement and cable routing with the selected desk configuration.
Two front designs are available: a seamless screen with no trim, or a version with a slim black beam across the upper front. Both carry the same LED hardware and playback workflow — the choice is visual, and it is made at quotation stage.

Play a video loop, present an artist logo or introduce your brand at a reception counter. Bold compositions and readable graphics make better use of the curved surface.
Prepare your content for the chosen model: 1376 × 516 or 1024 × 384 pixels for B, and 1032 × 516 or 768 × 384 pixels for A. Confirm the mapped canvas before final production and keep key text clear of curved edges. The canvas spans the full unrolled surface, but only the flat front section faces the audience head-on — roughly 1675 mm of the B model and 1065 mm of the A model — so anything placed at the ends wraps around the corners.
For live inputs or visuals synchronized with music, agree on the controller, software and signal workflow separately. Video playback alone does not imply automatic sound-reactive control.

Pixel pitch is the distance between neighboring LED pixels. At the same screen area, a smaller pitch packs more pixels into that area — and that is the only thing that changes visible detail. Both pitches use the same content canvas, the same brightness and the same refresh rate. What differs is how much of your artwork survives at a given viewing distance. On an LED DJ booth the viewing distance is usually fixed by the room, so pitch is the one variable you can still choose at quotation.

Choose P1.86 when the nearest guest stands within about 2 m, or when the content carries a wordmark, small type or fine line work that has to stay legible up close.

160,000 pixels per square metre. The B model resolves 1,024 × 384 (393k pixels); the A model 768 × 384 (295k). Choose P2.5 for an LED DJ booth where nobody comes closer than about 2.5 m and the content is bold — motion graphics, large titles, colour fields — rather than small text.

All four configurations run at ≥3840Hz. Refresh is a specification, not a guarantee against every camera artefact: if the booth will be filmed, test with the intended camera, shutter and stage lighting before committing to a pitch.

Pixel count is a property of the display, not of your file. Content is prepared once per canvas size — 1,376 × 516 for B/P1.86, 1,032 × 516 for A/P1.86, 1,024 × 384 for B/P2.5, 768 × 384 for A/P2.5 — and nothing is rescaled between pitches. The 81% pixel advantage of P1.86 applies to either desk size, so the choice is about viewing distance, not about which model you buy.

Both models share the same 585mm depth and 1100mm height. B has a 1675mm-long desk body; A has a 1065mm-long body. Both are available in P1.86 and P2.5 with GOB.

Display height is specified as 800 + 160mm, totaling 960mm. Screen dimensions above describe the module field. The surface runs flat across the front and turns 90° at both corners, so the width you see head-on is set by the desk length, not by the length of the screen itself. Use the desk body dimensions and the model drawing to plan the floor footprint.
B Model — larger desk footprint
Choose the B model's 1675mm-long body when your LED DJ booth layout calls for a larger desk. Check the usable tabletop and equipment load rating before finalizing your setup.
A Model — compact desk footprint
The A model's 1065mm body gives a compact footprint for a reception position or smaller DJ area. Allow for operator space, cables and safe access around the desk.
Both formats are non-folding, with optional wheels. Confirm the wheel specification and packed dimensions for the chosen model.
Front, side, rear and top views to scale. Read the desk dimensions the other way round from the screen: 1675 mm and 1065 mm are the longest dimensions measured across the tabletop, and 585 mm is the depth the screen turns through at each end — identical on both models. The screen runs flat across the front and bends 90° at both corners, so part of it faces sideways and the width you see head-on is shorter than the surface itself.
Behind the desk: what the operator actually works with
Both LED DJ booth models share the same rear logic — two power sockets on the back panel, a locking drawer under the tabletop for a controller or laptop, a control box mounted clear of the floor, and storage on either side. The B model closes those sides with lockable doors and a glazed window, so installed equipment stays visible while remaining secure. The A model leaves them open as three-tier shelves, which is where cases, cables and spare parts normally end up.

Every LED DJ booth travels in one rigid flight case, foam-blocked and strapped inside, with the wheels and spare parts packed alongside the desk. The two desk sizes need different cases, so the packed load changes with the model — but not with the pixel pitch. P1.86 and P2.5 use the same case and the same weights, because the cabinet shell, the frame and the foam do not change when the module pitch does.

Gross weight is the figure to quote to a freight forwarder or a venue loading dock; dimensions are measured on the closed case, so add clearance for pallets, straps and door frames when you plan the route. Each model ships in a single case with the desk, its wheels and the spare parts inside; the case shell, foam and spares account for the difference between net and gross weight.

The pitch never changes the case
P1.86 and P2.5 differ in module and control configuration, not in the packing. Freight, storage and handling cost stay identical whichever pitch you choose, so the pitch decision can rest on viewing distance alone — and the shipping quote can be prepared before that decision is made.
02 / ACCESS
Measure the route, not just the door
Case height is 1300 mm on both models, and that is the dimension that decides whether a packed LED DJ booth reaches the room. The A case is 650 mm shorter than the B case and fits a standard goods lift; the B case needs a clear run of at least 1900 mm through corridors, stair turns and backstage doors before the LED DJ booth can be wheeled into position.

This LED DJ booth does not fold. Check doors, lifts, vehicle space and the packed dimensions — 1250 × 670 × 1300mm for the A case and 1900 × 670 × 1300mm for the B case. Specify wheels if needed, and confirm brakes and stable positioning before use.

Is this an LED video screen or an illuminated DJ table?
This LED DJ booth uses LED display modules across the curved desk front to play video content. It provides a pixel-based visual surface for graphics and branding, rather than only decorative LED lighting.
Can it also be used as an LED reception desk display?
Yes. The same LED DJ booth format can present welcome videos, company branding or event messaging at a reception point. Both desk models are 1100mm high. Confirm usable tabletop space, staff clearance and content requirements for the chosen B or A configuration.
Does the LED DJ booth take an HDMI input, or do I load content onto the desk?
Both routes work on the same LED DJ booth, and most projects use both.
Connect a laptop, media player or switcher to the HDMI input and the controller scales the incoming signal to fill the whole LED surface. That is the live route: the visual changes when you change the source, so a VJ set, a camera feed or a sponsor screen can share the same desk.
Copy video, images and text onto the built-in storage instead, set a loop, and the LED DJ booth runs on its own with nothing else plugged in. That is what bars and reception desks usually choose — no computer on site, nobody to press play at opening time. Prepare the files at the model resolution listed above and confirm the supported formats at quotation.
Two points worth settling before you order. Aspect ratio: a 16:9 source mapped onto a 2560 × 960 mm surface (about 2.67:1; 1920 × 960, or 2:1, on the A model) either crops top and bottom or leaves bands at the sides, depending on the scaling mode. If the desk is the only target, author at the model resolution listed above and the question disappears. Switching: if you want to move between HDMI and stored content during an event, agree the switch method at quotation rather than on site.
Will the visuals automatically react to music?
Automatic audio-reactive visuals depend on the software, controller and signal setup. This capability needs a separate confirmation; it is not implied by video playback.
Is the desk foldable or available with wheels?
The desk is not foldable. Wheels are optional. Packed gross weight is 160kg for the A model and 215kg for the B model, with the optional wheels included in the case. Confirm the wheel configuration, brakes and access route if you need to reposition the LED DJ booth between positions.
Can the LED DJ booth be used at an outdoor concert?
Outdoor suitability must be confirmed for the selected configuration, including weather protection, brightness, power and the supporting setup. An outdoor venue requires its own specification review.
What is supplied with the desk?
Each configuration includes GOB LED modules, a NovaStar MRV412-N receiving card, a NovaStar AD20 control box, a speaker system, a 5m main power cable with plug, and flight-case packaging. Specify your destination plug and whether you need optional wheels.
What should I send when requesting a quote?
Send the application, B or A model preference, P1.86 or P2.5 preference, viewing distance, equipment layout and weight, destination, quantity and target date. Add a photo or drawing, your plug standard and any optional wheel requirements.
